Withdraw from contract

Consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from contracts for the purchase of goods within 14 days of receiving them, without giving any reason.

This right does not apply to contracts for leisure services provided on a specific date or period, including our sailing trips. This right also does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, such as bathing suits and undergarments. Customized products are also exempted from this right.
