Shipping Methods
We ship most physical items, including merchandise, using trusted postal and courier services from Germany.
- EU/EEA destinations: Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days*.
- Outside the EU/EEA: Estimated delivery is 5 business days or longer*, depending on the destination.
Please note that these delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Customs inspections, import procedures, local postal services, and other factors outside our control may impact the delivery time.
*Sometimes our office has a rather spectacular view as we are a small, hands-on team, and we’re often away hosting our sailing trips. If we’re out on the water, there may be a short delay before your order is dispatched. Rest assured, we’ll get it packed and on its way as soon as we’re back ashore.
Costs for shipping are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, the type and quantity of items, and whether the item qualifies for special delivery options, such as our “Sail & Collect – Delivery at Embarkation” option (details below).

When you book your sailing trip and purchase eligible merchandise in the same order, you can choose to have your items brought to you free of charge on embarkation day for your sailing trip. They’ll be waiting for you when your adventure begins.
This delivery option is available at checkout for eligible items purchased together with an eligible sailing trip booking.
In case you’ve already booked an upcoming trip that hasn’t started yet and now want to order merch to be delivered via Sail & Collect – Delivery at Embarkation, please contact us. We can help you adjust your new order before you place it to remove the shipping costs.
