Planned Itinerary

Day 1: Saturday – Embarkation in La Paz

Embarkation: After 17:00 at Marina.

  • Welcome Drinks & Briefing: Toast with local Mexican spirits (mezcal or tequila) while the crew explains the yacht, safety procedures, and the week’s adventures ahead
  • Evening Exploration: Stroll through La Paz’s vibrant malecón (waterfront promenade), sample fresh fish tacos, and experience the welcoming local culture
  • LGBTQ+ Friendly Spot: Visit a local gay-friendly bar for sunset cocktails with panoramic bay views and an inclusive atmosphere

Day 2: Sunday – La Paz to Isla Espíritu Santo

  • Morning Sail: Navigate north through the stunning turquoise waters toward UNESCO Biosphere Reserve Isla Espíritu Santo
  • Afternoon Paradise: Anchor at Ensenada Grande, one of Mexico’s most beautiful beaches with pristine white sand and crystal-clear waters perfect for nude sunbathing
  • Marine Encounters: Snorkel with playful sea lions at Los Islotes – an unforgettable wildlife experience in the Sea of Cortez

Day 3: Monday – Exploring Isla Espíritu Santo

  • Beach Hopping: Visit Playa Bonanza and Bahía San Gabriel, secluded coves ideal for clothing-optional relaxation and swimming
  • Kayaking Adventure (optional): Explore hidden mangrove channels and discover secluded beaches accessible only by water
  • Sunset Celebration: Enjoy cocktails on deck while watching the spectacular Sea of Cortez sunset paint the desert landscape in brilliant colors

Day 4: Tuesday – Isla Espíritu Santo to Isla San José

  • Southern Passage: Sail southeast to the larger, more rugged Isla San José with its dramatic cliffs and pristine beaches
  • Beach Discovery: Anchor at Bahía Amortajada on the island’s protected western shore, perfect for swimming and nude sunbathing
  • Wildlife Watching: Spot dolphins, sea turtles, and tropical fish in the incredibly clear waters surrounding the island

Day 5: Wednesday – Isla San José to Isla Cerralvo

  • Eastern Adventure: Sail to Isla Cerralvo (Jacques Cousteau Island), the easternmost island in our itinerary
  • Pristine Beaches: Relax at Bahía de los Sueños with its secluded beaches and excellent snorkeling opportunities
  • Fishing & Swimming: Try your hand at fishing in these rich waters or simply enjoy swimming in the warm Sea of Cortez

Day 6: Thursday – Isla Cerralvo to Parque Nacional Bahía de Loreto

  • Northbound Journey: Sail north to the protected waters of Loreto Bay National Park, Mexico’s first marine national park
  • Island Exploration: Visit Isla Coronados or Isla del Carmen, choosing from multiple pristine anchorages
  • Cultural Connection: Optional visit to historic Loreto town, founded in 1697 and considered the first capital of the Californias

Day 7: Friday – Parque Nacional Bahía de Loreto to La Paz

  • Homeward Bound: Adventurous sailing day back to La Paz with opportunities to stop at scenic anchorages along the way
  • Final Beach Stop: Pause at Playa Tecolote near La Paz for a final swim and beach relaxation
  • Farewell Celebration: Return to Marina de La Paz for a festive dinner featuring fresh local seafood and traditional Mexican cuisine

Day 8: Sunday – Disembarkation in La Paz

Disembarkation: By 09:00 at Marina.

  • Exchange contact info with your new besties
  • Head out to explore the town, visit local markets for souvenirs, or head to the airport for your return journey home with a ton of new memories and connections
